Our payment policy
Our policy requires that payment be made following your dental treatment in the office. Before we begin any work, a detailed estimate will be given to you with a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash as forms of payment. Once payment has been made we can electronically submit insurance claims on your behalf, or provide you with the necessary documents to submit your insurance claim, and have it processed quickly.
We do not direct bill insurance companies. Dental insurance is a contract between yourself, your employer, and the insurance company. Certain information regarding your individual plan and coverage cannot be released to the office. If you do have dental insurance we can help you in the electronic submission of your claims. Remember to review your dental coverage prior to proceeding with treatment. We would be happy to help you in preparing pre-determinations for major treatment. This way you have an idea of what you will be reimbursed for.
