Dr. Daniel Crooks
Dr. Crooks earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007. He practiced dentistry in Regina before relocating to Estevan in 2011, where he continues to provide comprehensive dental care to the community.
Dr. Crooks is a member of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Dental Association. He is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participates in continuing education courses, including advanced training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
Outside of the office, Dr. Crooks enjoys spending time with his wife, Rae Lynn, and their two daughters, Madyn and Payton. He enjoys coaching hockey, playing hockey and golf, and hunting. Dr. Crooks takes great pride in his work and truly enjoys his career in dentistry and caring for his patients.
Dr. Stacy Harasymuk
Dr. Stacy Harasymuk was born in Prince Albert and raised in Melfort, Saskatchewan. She completed three years of Physiology and Pharmacology before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry in 2018. Following graduation, Dr. Harasymuk returned to Melfort to practice as a general dentist. She and her husband, Mike, were married in 2024 and share their home with their corgi, Hank.
Dr. Harasymuk has always had a passion for staying active and being involved in her community. She swam competitively in high school and spent many years lifeguarding and coaching. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys golfing, working out, travelling, and coaching the Estevan Mini Mermaids. She also values community involvement and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Harasymuk provides comprehensive general dentistry and has a special interest in working with children, with significant experience in pediatric dental care. She looks forward to building lasting relationships and providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to the Estevan community as she makes the city her home.
